How to disable PIPA and remove the bot

If you had an active Telegram Stars subscription, disconnecting the bot does not refund Stars automatically — do not renew in the bot chat if you no longer need PIPA.
You can reconnect anytime: add @pipa_official_bot again and select chats. Events from before reconnect are not restored.
