In regular chats, Telegram does not give users a full recycle bin of everything that was deleted. PIPA does not pull copies from Telegram’s servers — it records events after you connect and forwards copies to your bot chat within what the Telegram Business API allows.

No. Only events after you connect @pipa_official_bot and choose chats.

They arrive in your bot chat as normal Telegram messages: you choose what to keep or delete. We do not publish them to third-party services.

The bot receives events where the Telegram API and your coverage settings support it. Secret chats use end-to-end encryption and are not compatible with this kind of integration.

View-once photos and videos cannot be saved with Telegram’s default tools after you view them. After you connect @pipa_official_bot to selected chats, PIPA forwards view-once media to your private bot chat — with a “Show” button. The bot sees nothing before you connect; secret chats are not supported.

Telegram does not show your contact’s deleted messages in the normal UI. PIPA does not restore an archive from before you connect — but after you connect @pipa_official_bot, when a message is deleted in a covered chat, you get a copy in your bot chat. Only events after connection and within your chat coverage.

Telegram shows only the final text of an edited message — edit history is not available in the UI. After you connect @pipa_official_bot, PIPA records each edit and sends a “before → after” diff with character-level markup to your bot chat. Only events after connection and in selected chats.

In the latest mobile Telegram: Settings → Chat automation — add @pipa_official_bot and select chats. If you do not see it, update the app or try Settings → Telegram Business → Chat bots. The section may be missing on desktop — use your phone.

PIPA uses the official Telegram Business API and Chat automation — an allowed way to automate. You are responsible for lawful use of notifications in your jurisdiction (for example, consent where required). The bot does not hack accounts or bypass secret-chat encryption.
