Why view-once screenshots are unreliable
“View once” limits repeat access: after you close the media it is gone from the chat. On some devices Telegram blocks screenshots or warns your contact.
Even when a screenshot works, quality and metadata may differ from the original. You cannot bring back a deleted message with a screenshot — it is already gone from chat history.
